- Our Mission -

​Huruma International Ministries was formed to help care for orphans in Kenya.  The mission of Huruma is based upon  the parable of the Good Samaritan.  A Samaritan, someone considered an unworthy outcast in Jewish society, helped a man who had been beaten and robbed when two religious leaders refused to do so.  Jesus asked which of the men was a neighbor to the man who needed help.  The reply was, "The one who showed him mercy."  Luke 10:37 (ESV)  Then Jesus said to him:  "You go and do likewise."
